The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a great staff. Luxurious rooms on the higher floors with delicious food. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator are provided in the rooms. Excellent design and service throughout the venue. The check-in process is quick and efficient. 

The room is spotless and perfect with a great view, also they can offer wake-up service. There is variety of great food for breakfast. The best thing is location - not far from almost all the tourist spot 

Unique, reasonably priced room with a functional bathroom and a roll in shower, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. Well-maintained facilities and perfect beds. Unbeatable and excellent location, very close to Rockefeller Center.  

Reasonably spacious rooms in a pretty comfortable area

Good breakfasts with a straight view of Times Square. Couldn't hear any outside noise, such as the hustle and bustle. Welcoming staff. Complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. Excellent service. Fast internet. Great location near Broadway Road. My stay at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel 

All in all they offer excellent service.

Convenient location close to everything 🌆. We had a great time at this place and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The units are luxury, new-fashioned with excellent walk in shower.

The room was quiet and had a shower cap, which was nice.

Free and good breakfast with warm atmosphere for every taste.

The hotel offers unique and modern rooms equipped with internet access and spacious bathrooms. It is conveniently located within walking distance to most theaters in the area. Situated near Times Square, it provides a full view of the 

Great hotel located in a comfortable area near all the Times Square happenings and theaters. Lovely staff with smiles. Surprisingly big and luxurious rooms with 2 double beds for venue guests.

Very cordial staff, especially the bellhops whom were helpful with directions as well as assisting with luggage before and after checking/out. The lobby was wonderful and inviting. Be sure to check out the RLounge, fantastic views of Times Square.
